Delivery Information
At Shizzlebox, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how your delivery works.
Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within the following timeframes:
- USA & Canada: 4-6 business days
- UK & Europe: 5 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 business days
- Rest of the World: 8–12 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. You can use that to follow your package every step of the way. If you didn’t get a tracking email after a few days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Customs & Import Fees
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on your order. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Shizzlebox is not liable for any additional charges incurred after the item is shipped.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, reach out to us at support@shizzlebox.com. We’ll investigate and make sure you’re taken care of.
